What is the prophesy?
Prophesy is divine inspiration which is God speaking given by the Holy Spirit. It is seeing what God sees, how He sees it, and speaking what God is speaking. Prophecy is declaring the purposes of God. It’s telling a message from God. .Most of the Bible was written in prophecy on the coming of the messiah- Jesus Christ to the Jewish people. The prophets of old used prophecy also to correct Israel to turn back to God. These were used as markers as they were looking for their redeemer. As in the old testament, prophesy was used to bring correction and judgement, but now that we live out of the new testament, a better covenant, prophesy is used to edify, encourage, and comfort. Prophesy is also used to flip the script to pull people out of their sinful nature, their funk, calling them higher. It is getting God's perspective for the situation or how He sees them.
Today God still is speaking. Through the same Spirit- the Holy Spirit, the gift of prophecy can still be uttered. Our prophetic team will seek what the Father wants to reveal, what is on His heart for you or anything specific He wants to encourage you with and we will design a tapestry for you.
Who can Prophesy?
These people are not drunk, as you suppose. It’s only nine in the morning! No, this is what was spoken by the prophet Joel:
“In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, Your young men will dream dreams. Even on my servants, both men and women, I will pour out my Spirit in those days, and they will prophesy. "
If you are a Son or Daughter of God, filled with the Holy Spirit, you can prophesy.
What should I do with my words?
Once you receive your audio or tapestry, you can lay it out in front of the Lord and seek His revelation. It may surprise you how different the revelation for it can be over the years. With your tapestry, we will include a written card to go along with your word, that may include scripture or more in depth words.
Does it line up with God's character, nature, and persona. Words will not go outside of God's goodness.
Always take your words back to God. "It is the Glory of God to conceal a matter, and the glory of Kings to search it out." Proverbs 25:2
What makes them different than psychics?
Psychics can use the gift of prophecy but outside of relationship. A psychic may tune into the wrong spirit, partnering with the enemy, who is not omniscient, omnipresent. The enemy can only tell you things of the past, but never tell you about your future. He can "guess" by studying your habits and patterns.
